Un proiect care aduce in atentia publicului obisnuit un concept ce ar putea parea la prima vedere ceva mai sofisticat: &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Invatarea Permanenta&lt;/span&gt;. Dincolo de orice definitii complicate, mesajul proiectului nostru este acela ca invatarea este cel mai natural proces cu putinta care ni se intampla in viata, chiar daca uneori nu ne dam seama de asta. In fiecare situatie de viata invatam ceva nou despre noi insine, despre ceilalti, despre profesia noastra, despre rostul lumii sau despre mersul istoriei. Daca am fi mai constienti de rolul pe care il are invatarea in viata noastra, probabil am investi mai mult in propria noastra devenire, decat in orice alt tip de plasament financiar sau emotional.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;In cadrul proiectului, am realizat 3 spoturi de promovare si un site care ofera vizitatorilor informatii cu privire la oportunitatile de invatare: &lt;a href="http://www.blogger.com/www.invatapentrutine.ro"&gt;www.invatapentrutine.ro&lt;/a&gt;. O emisiune cu tineri si despre tineri si preocuparile lor. Moderare excelenta si o dezbatere extrem de interesanta cu tineri frumosi, inteligenti si dornici sa gaseasca solutii. Cartea este traducerea primei părţi a manualului „A Work in Progress” de Ron Leaf şi John McEachin.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Acest prim volum al cărţii descrie pe larg cele mai dificile comportamente cu care se confruntă un părinte: crizele de furie, autostimularea, problemele de somn şi alimentaţie sau folosirea toaletei. S-au inscris aproape 300 de inspectori, profesori, invatatori si educatori din toata tara! N-am trait niciodata pana acum sentimentul ca ceea cea facem noi prin cercetare ar putea sa se regaseasca in atat de multe feluri la nivelul celor care se presupune ca dorim sa ajungem. Am facilitat neincetat doua module, si am vizitat regulat mai toate celelalte. Am invatat pana acum cateva lucruri:&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 0.25in; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;b style=""&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="IT"&gt;Dimensiunea de gen in educatie si asumarea identitatii. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="IT"&gt;In primul rand, am invatat ca nu putem vorbi despre un asemenea subiect delicat in afara propriilor noastre idei, prejudecati sau stereotipii de gen, in afara modului particular in care acestea s-au sedimentat sau poate s-au clatinat, destructurat de-a lungul timpului in procesul atat de complex (si nesfarsit) al asumarii identitatii noastre ca femei sau barbati. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="FR"&gt;Interventiile participantilor din aceasta saptamana au exprimat un astfel de mesaj in multe feluri, probabil cu mult mai frumos si mai puternic decat as fi fost eu in stare vreodata. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="IT"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 0.25in; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;b style=""&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="PT"&gt;Profesia didactica – o dragoste reconfirmata&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="PT"&gt;. Apoi, mi-am reconfimat credinta ca profesia asta de dascal nu e orisice. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="IT"&gt;Are o identitate puternica, desi imbraca multe forme. E puternic feminizata nu neaparat prin genul celor care lucreaza in breasla (sau poate si de asta?), ci mai ales prin tipul de atasament fata de misiune. Si poate nu e rau ca e asa. Mi-am depasit multe dintre prejudecatile negative pe care le aveam despre profesori, pe care mi le-am format uneori vizitand scoli in care sufeream profund pentru ce li se intampla copiilor din cauza unui profesor mai putin devotat. Stiam eu ca generalizarile nu sunt bune niciodata si imi dau seama acum ca cercetarile noastre pe esantioane nationale n-au uneori nici un haz. Ele nu ne spun nimic despre povesti impresionante, daruire si misionarism in educatie, povesti pe care le-am intalnit deja cu emotie in aceste doar cateva zile de cand am inceput cursul.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 0.25in; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;b style=""&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="IT"&gt;Nevoia de comunicare.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="IT"&gt; E asa o nevoie de comunicare intre profesori, cum nici nu mi-as fi imaginat. Cand am construit forumurile, n-as fi crezut ca o sa fie un schimb atat de activ de mesaje, idei si atata interes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="FR"&gt;Uneori as fi vrut sa nu intervin deloc, sa las schimburile de mesaje sa curga! As fi vrut sa fiu ma degraba cursant, decat facilitator. Probabil nu am explorat inca suficient ce impact ar putea avea comunicarea virtuala in comunitati de invatare pentru formare continua a cadrelor didactice. (Iata un subiect pentru o viitoare cercetare ?!)&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 0.25in; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;b style=""&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="FR"&gt;Facilitarea e o treaba dificila&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="FR"&gt;. De la a manageria inscrieri, mesaje, documente, postarea resurselor, retusarea materialelor de invatare, comunicarea cu colegii....Hu...Dar sa lasam asta la o parte. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="IT"&gt;In mod cert trebuie sa imi imbunatatesc competentele de management pe care le presupune un asemenea curs. Cea mai interesanta activitate ca facilitator ramana insa citirea si postarea mesajelor de feedback permanent. Am pendulat intotdeauna intre a interveni sau a lasa lucrurile sa curga firesc, intre incurajari si indemn la reflectie, intre a recomanda o resursa si a-mi nota o resursa postata de catre participanti, in a spune direct ceea ce cred eu ca e “corect” (atunci cand nu eram in sinea mea de acord cu cele postate) si in a invita pe autor la reflectie si intrebari. Uneori, dupa ce citesc un mesaj sunt muta de admiratie si nu stiu cum as putea raspunde pe masura mesajului postat. De cele mai multe ori, aleg insa calea de a fi naturala. Nu-mi iese intotdeauna, dar am impresia ca cele mai bune replici le-am dat sub impresia momentului si nu-mi pare rau. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 0.25in; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;b style=""&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="IT"&gt;Reflectiile si autoevaluarile&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="IT"&gt; de la finalul acestei spatamani mi-au intarit credinta ca participantii sunt cei mai buni judecatori ai propriei invatari. Ne-am gandit inca de la bun inceput sa lasam evaluarea in mana participantilor si sa nu transferam aceasta responsabilitate altcuiva, oricat de specialist ar fi fost in domeniu. Cine ar fi putut mai bine sa aseze pe hartie toate starile, reflectiile, schimbarile de perspectiva decat cei direct implicati in propria invatare. La urma urmei, o evaluare are o valoare intrinseca doar pentru ca apartine celui care invata!&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 0.25in; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="IT"&gt;E un pas important de la &lt;b style=""&gt;a-ti expune propriile pareri spre a invata din opiniile celorlalti.&lt;/b&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="FR"&gt;Unii participanti si-au asumat acest pas, altii au avut interventii stralucite, dar au fost mai putin interesati de ceea ce gandesc colegii. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="IT"&gt;Oare nu invatam la fel de bine si din experienta altora ? Pe de alta parte, suntem abia la inceput. Sunt sigura ca in timp acest aspect se va imbunatati de la sine. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 0.25in; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="IT"&gt;Ma bucur sincer ca ne-am aventurat in aceasta intamplare, desi e mult mai greu decat ma asteptam si necesita enorm de multa munca pentru un facilitator. Nu regret deocamdata aproape nimic. Obiectivul meu pentru saptamana viitoare? O &lt;a href="http://metropotam.ro/Evenimente/eve1128828693-Copilul-din-spatele-ochilor/"&gt;piesa&lt;/a&gt; emotionanta despre povestea, trairile si gandurile unei mame care are un copil atins de sindromul Down. O piesa cu un singur personaj, jucata magnific! Dar nu despre valentele actoricesti sau regizorale as vrea sa va vorbesc, ci despre sinceritatea si forta acestei piese care pana la urma mie mi s-a parut a fi despre INVATARE. Piesa zugraveste etapele prin care mama a trecut:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Etapa de shoc,&lt;/span&gt; o etapa in care asteptarile ei (nu mai mari decat ale oricarei mame care se gandeste la copilul pe care il poarta in pantec) sunt daramate din temelii. Afla ca acest copil este afectat de o boala cumplita care nu are leac. Ezita sa il vada, ii e teama sa ii dea un nume, sufera cumplit;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;O etapa de razvratir&lt;/span&gt;e, in care se revolta fata de soarta care o pune in fata unei realitati cumplite. De ce tocmai ea, dintre atatea mame. Nu e mai rea si nici mai buna decat multe alte mame care au copii sanatosi;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;O etapa de iluminare&lt;/span&gt;. Vede copilul si instinctiv simte ca ii apartine, ca e copilul ei, ca orice boala l-ar fi atins, e totusi un copil si mai ales e al ei;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;O etapa de lupta cu prejudecatile si stereotipiile celorlalti.&lt;/span&gt; Prietenii de familie se indeparteaza sub diferite pretexe, medicii ii propun sa-l abandoneze intr-o institutie de sanatate, o prietena buna o viziteaza pentru ultima oara cu observatia – Nu i-am adus nimic, draga! N-am stiut ce-i trebuie unui astfel de copil!&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;O etapa de acceptare a rolului sau de mama a unui copil cu sindrom Down&lt;/span&gt;, o etapa plina de bucurii pentru cel mai mic progres, pentru cel mai neinsemnat zambet al copilului, o etapa plina de iubire pentru copilul ei care desi e greoi, desi nu reuseste sa faca o multime de lucruri pe care alti copii le fac in mod obisnuit, simte atat de mult iubirea celor din jur si “judeca” lumea prin emotii si stari;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;O etapa de redescoperire a sinelui, o intelegere profunda a sentimentului de a fi mama, de a iubi neconditionat copilul ei care e diferit de ceilalti, dar care i-a oferit sansa sa isi cunoasca limitele, dar si potentialul, care a reusit sa o proiecteze intr-o dimensiune umana profunda. Copilul ei i-a oferit sansa de a deveni ea insasi, o fiinta intreaga! &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Am privit la final chipurile specatorilor. Aratau diferit decat ii vazusem la inceputul piesei. Si eu aratam diferit. Printr-un fel de catarsis miraculos, in mai putin de doua ore am devenit altcineva. Unii dintre voi l-au si cunoscut la Bucuresti, atunci cand l-am invitat la o intalnire cu studentii. De data aceasta, Graham m-a surprins cu un nou video care sintetizeaza o multime de idei pe care le-am discutat in ultimii ani in proiectele noastre de cercetare.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Urmarind filmul m-am simtit mai mult decat motivata sa cred ca e momentul sa si facem ceva. Sa propunem celor interesati un mod diferit de a vedea invatarea, evaluarea, curriculum-ul, strategiile didactice si mai ales atitudinile. In speranta ca acest film va avea un impact asupra celor care il vor vedea. Site-ul &lt;a href="http://www.dotsub.com/"&gt;DOTsub.com&lt;/a&gt; mi s-a parut uimitor, mai ales ca multe dintre filmuletele pe care as fi dorit sa le folosesc in lucrul cu studentii sau la diferite sesiuni de formare nu erau subtitrate.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Am incercat! Functioneaza! Si nu e greu deloc! Chiar sunt curioasa daca si voua vi se par utile. Iata inca un video despre cum sa ne organizam site-urile preferate. Cel mai mult ma fascineaza insa dimensiunea sociala a acestor instrumente. Nu e uimitor? Imi amintesc cu ceva ani in urma ipoteza inspaimantatoare care spunea despre computer si Internet ca produce izolarea indivizilor. Mie cel putin mi se pare ca se intampla tocmai contrariul. Rousseau</title><content type='html'>&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Se intampla ca in ultima perioada sa fiu in preajma fratelui meu care se pregateste la filosofie pentru facultate. Petrecem ore bune de seara descifrand citate din filosofi celebri, eu ca simplu cititor amator, el ca aspirant catre  o cunoastere mai aprofundata a domeniului.  Printre altii, &lt;a href="http://ro.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jean-Jacques_Rousseau"&gt;J.J. Rousseau&lt;/a&gt; si ideea de contract social.  Si imi amintesc de ce l-am admirat atat de  mult pe  Rousseau ca pedagog.  In primul rand pentru ca avea incredere in natura buna a omului. Apoi, pentru ca visa la un model de societate democratica in care fiecare cetatean sa poata participa nemijlocit la decizii. Intr-un fel, ma gandesc ca Rousseau visa la un fel de blogosfera, in care vocea fiecaruia este auzita. Iar dincolo de interesele particulare ale fiecarui autor de blog, spatiul comun al blogosferei ar putea intr-o zi sa exprime ceea ce Rousseau numea vointa generala.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Apoi, probabil tot de la Rousseau mi se trage si increderea neconditionata pe care tind sa o acord oamenilor. Asteptari inselate? Uneori, da.  De cele mai multe ori, nu. De foarte multe ori, asteptarile imi sunt depasite. Am cunoscut oameni extraordinari, de la care nu speram poate atat de mult.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;M-am intrebat adesea de ce oare in multe medii profesionale, increderea care se acorda oamenilor se bazeaza in primul rand pe CV, grade, functie, doctorate, varsta etc. Mult mai dificil sa castigi increderea prin ceea ce stii, poti sa faci sau mai ales prin ceea ce ai putea sa faci daca ti s-ar acorda un pic de incredere neconditionata.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cineva spunea ca increderea de care ai vrea sa te bucuri reprezinta suma increderii pe care esti gata sa o acorzi celorlalti. Programe guvernamentale, europene, internationale, seminarii si conferinte. Unele lucruri s-au mai schimbat. Conform datelor statistice privind sistemul de educatie din Romania, multe scoli au fost reabilitate, mobilierul si materialele didactice s-au innoit, exista mai putini profesori necalificati. Si totusi, discrepante inca exista. Uneori, acestea sunt mult mai adanci decat am fi dispusi sa ne imaginam.&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;De curand, colegul meu Lucian Voinea, a vizitat cateva scoli din comunitatile rurale in cadrul unui proiect de cercetare. A venit cu cateva fotografii care ne-au impresionat. Privind fotografiile m-am intrebat ce relevanta are pentru cei care traiesc in aceasta comunitate, discursurile actuale privind asigurarea calitatii in educatie, sanse egale pentru toti sau lupta importiva discriminarii?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In loc de raspuns, postez fotografiile si relatarea colegului meu, Lucian Voinea.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;    &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p style="font-style: italic; text-align: justify;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;Zona în care se află localitatea este de deal. Maşina de teren hurducăie elegant peste pietre, ochiuri de apă şi crengi rupte. Peisajele se perindă prin faţa ochilor, dezvăluind locaţii numai bune pentru a petrece un minunat timp liber. Locurile sunt curate, căci oamenii, neputând avea acces în zonă, nu le-au luat sub dominaţia pet-ului, grătarului, hârtiilor, conservelor şi a celorlalte mostre ale civilizaţiei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="font-style: italic; text-align: justify;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;Drumul de acc&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;es este foarte prost. O parte a sa, cel care face accesul propriu-zis în localitate, este comun cu albia râului în perioada de inundaţii. Fără o maşină de teren, este problematic să ajungi în localitate.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="font-style: italic; text-align: justify;"&gt;    &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p style="font-style: italic; text-align: justify;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;Satul este de rudari. Odinioară, locuitorii săi meştereau linguri, castroane şi alte asemenea obiecte. Obiceiul s-a pierdut, nemaifiind continuat de copii. Acu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;m, se mai practică producerea de mături, coşuri de nuiele etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="font-style: italic; text-align: justify;"&gt;  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-style: italic; text-align: justify;"&gt;  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p style="font-style: italic; text-align: justify;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;Oamenii nu ştiu să scrie sau să citească. O soluţie ar &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;fi organizarea la şcoala din sat a unor cursuri pentru adulţi, eventual să înveţe laolaltă cu cei mici.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="font-style: italic; text-align: justify;"&gt;  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p style="font-style: italic; text-align: justify;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;Copiii se trezesc la 6 sau 7, mănâncă ceva, dacă au ce, se spală minimal, dacă se spală, apoi o pornesc cu vacile la păscut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="font-style: italic; text-align: justify;"&gt;  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-style: italic; text-align: justify;"&gt;  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p style="font-style: italic; text-align: justify;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;Casele sunt din chirpici, majoritatea având 1 sau 2 camere. Deasupra camerelor, sub acoperişul de lemn, se află un spaţiu pentru depozitarea fânului. Te duce cu gândul la evocările de odinioară, care spuneau că ploaia aducea în ca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;pul locatarilor casei găini şi alte lighioane domestice ce îşi făcuseră culcuş în fân. Ruf&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;ele se usuc&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;ă pe gard sau, mai rar, pe sfori întinse în curte. Sesiune, sambata dimineata, publicitate discreta...intr-adevar cativa studenti...putini si foarte buni! Cei mai multi dintre ei sunt cei care au construit &lt;a href="http://www.bologna.ro/blog/?page_id=2"&gt;Proiectul Bologna&lt;/a&gt;, de curand premiati pentru "cel mai bun proiect al anului 2006 la sectiunea Educatie si Cercetare” in cadrul&lt;a href="http://www.galasocietatiicivile.ro/" target="_blank"&gt; Galei Societatii Civile&lt;/a&gt;. Felicitari! Dincolo de meritele proiectului, am descoperit de fapt o comunitate de practici care chiar functioneaza!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Un dialog deschis, povesti despre ce inseamna a fi student in Romania, proiecte de viitor. Apoi, in Cismigiu, s-au lipit doua mese...si nu ma mai saturam privindu-i...un grup punea la cale ziua de 1 iunie - o bucurie pentru copiii unui sat uitat de lume....cine aduce sfoara?...dar creioane colorate, dar mingi pentru copii?...cine are idei de activitati distractive cu copiii..Alti cativa pregateau statutul unei noi asociatii. Timpul trece fara sa il percep, ma simt absorbita intr-o comunicare inedita cu o generatie pe care incerc sa o inteleg si de la care cred ca am de invatat. Aud adesea critici si amaraciune la adresa noilor generatii: nu mai citesc, nu vor sa invete, nu mai au respect, nu mai au valori.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ii privesc lucrand, sustinand o opinie, zambind sau criticand si ma gandesc ca tare as fi vrut sa fiu si eu ca ei cand eram studenta. Imi place dezinvoltura lor, increderea in fortele proprii, curajul de a se expune unei confruntari. Un an in care m-am mai schimbat putin. Am invatat multe lucruri, mai ales prin comunicarea cu ceilalti. As spune ca a fost anul deschiderii mele spre comunicare. De la ceilalti am ascultat multe povesti si, prin reflectie, am mai descoperit cate ceva despre mine.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;Mi-am deschis acest blog, in ciuda temerilor de a nu fi suspectata de avangardism ieftin. Am avut ceva vizitatori, chiar si comentarii.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Am devenit facilitator de cursuri on-line, am mai invatat cate ceva despre modul in care tehnologia poate creea social si mi-am facut noi prieteni virtuali;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Am descoperit bloguri interesante; mi-am selectat o lista de RSS feed pe care o urmaresc in fiecare zi; mi se pare uimitor ca pot avea acces zi de zi la reflectiile unor persoane sau grupuri de la care pot invata, chiar daca nu le-am intalnit niciodata;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Am descoperit Moodle si am invatat sa realizez design-ul, instrumentele si ghidurile pedagogice ale invatarii on-line;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Am o lista lunga de contacte yahoo messenger si cativa prieteni de departe cu care mai stau la taifas pe Skype;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Am calatorit mult; mereu oameni noi, culturi organizationale diferite, asteptari si stiluri de invatare diferite; diferentele nu inceteaza sa ma fascineze;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Intalnirile cu studentii au fost sarbatori; am experimentat impreuna noi abordari in domeniul invatarii; nimic nu se compara cu entuziasmul lor si bucuria de a descoperi lucruri noi;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Mi-am petrecut mai mult timp cu familia si in special cu nepotelul meu care are deja 1 si 4 luni!&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Simt ca tot ce s-a intamplat in acest an e ca o panza multicolora ce s-a tesut pe nesimtite, reflectand o parte din mine despre care nu stiam ca exista. Imaginea mi-e inca difuza, o privesc si detaliile incearca sa ma convinga pe rand ca merita sa devina definitorii. Dar stiu ca mai am de tesut.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sunt multe lucruri pe care le-am inceput si nu le-am finalizat; de pilda teza de doctorat a carei finalizare o tot aman de ani;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Pierd mult timp pentru lucruri care mi se par interesante, uitand de cele care sunt stringente si poate mai importante;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Evit si aman sa iau o decizie importanta pentru viata mea personala; mi se pare mereu ca nu e momentul, dar teama ca timpul nu e de partea mea ma bantuie adesea;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;N-am reusit sa fiu total deschisa acestui blog. Recunosc ca in momentele mai putin placute n-am avut curaj sa scriu aici.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Ganduri de viitor? E drept ca nu s-au schimbat prea multe mesaje pe aceasta tema, dar am aflat ca exista un interes pentru aceasta platforma on-line. Am vizitat si eu cateva si mi s-a parut interesant cat de diferit arata diversele cursuri, desi optiunile platformei sunt aceleasi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Despre Moodle am aflat mai multe pe pagina &lt;a href="http://moodle.org"&gt;http://moodle.org&lt;/a&gt;. Sunt acolo si optiuni de descarcare. Din experienta mea, e relativ simplu de instalat pe un server.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tocmai experimentez acum o astfel de platforma in cadrul unor proiecte la Institutul de Stiinte ale Educatiei. Cu alte cuvinte, aproximativ 20% dintre tinerii Romaniei fie nu trecusera niciodata pe la scoala, fie vizitasera scoala pentru o perioada de timp, dar fara sa depaseasca 8 sau 10 clase. Oricare ar fi fost situatia acestora, sistemul de educatie nu a reusit sa le ofere sansele minime de integrare socio-profesionala.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cine sunt acesti tineri si cum se descurca ei intr-o Romanie proaspat integrata in UE? Ce sanse au acestia de a gasi un loc de munca decent? Ce reprezinta pentru ei un deziderat ca acela al educatiei pemrmanente (lifelong learning) atat de discutat in Europa? Ce angajator ar putea fi convins sa ofere un loc de munca unui tanar care nu detine un certificat de calificare si, uneori, nici macar unul de absolvire a 8 sau 10 clase?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In ultima vreme, am avut ocazia sa stau de vorba cu cativa dintre acesti tineri. Destinul multora dintre ei este marcat de probleme in familie, saracie sau situatii de viata la limita supravieturii. Mobilitatea geografica a familie reprezinta in multe cazuri un factor asociat intreruperii scolii.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pe de alta parte, fiecare intalnire cu un astfel de tanar mi-a dezvaluit personalitati interesante, experiente de viata din care au avut foarte multe de invatat, capacitate de reflectie asupra propriului destin, dar si dezamagiri, neincredere in propriile forte sau fatalism.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cel mai mult m-au impresionat insa varietatea experientelor de invatare prin care au fost nevoiti sa treaca. Cei mai multi dintre tinerii cu care am stat de vorba detineau competente dobandite in diverse contexte: munca in gospodarie, cresterea fratilor mai mici, munci temporare in diverse domenii, situatii dificile de viata.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Unul dintre tinerii de 18 ani care nu fusese niciodata la scoala imi spunea cu convingere la inceputul interviului ca nu stie sa citeasca, sa scrie sau sa socoteasca. Dar cand imi povestea despre o experienta de munca intr-o alta localitate spunea cam asa &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;...nu puteam veni acasa decat la o saptamana. Distanta era mare. Pana la Bucuresti vreo 50 KM si de acolo inca vreo 300 Km. Numai dus, 350 KM, in total vreo 700 KM! &lt;/span&gt; Aha! Stia sa calculeze, stia sa aproximeze, parcursese distanta aceasta o buna perioada de timp!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Un altul lucrase mai bine de cativa ani la un depozit de lemne. Cu ziua sau ori de cate ori patronul avea nevoie de mana de lucru. Mi-a povestit cu lux de amanunte peste 7 specii de arbori, cu descrieri tehnice si calitati de ardere. Invatase asta de la clientii care veneau sa cumpere lemn!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cel de-al treilea era expert in cresterea copiilor. Stia ce e bine si ce nu e bine sa manance un copil, cum trebuie supravegheat si ce valori ar trebui transmise in educatia in familie.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Din pacate, nici un certificat nu confirma competentele pe care le detin. Pe de alta parte, certificatele de absolvire a 4, 8 sau zece clase spun la fel de putin despre ce stiu, pot sa faca sau ar putea sa faca acestia.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In aceste conditii, drumul acestor tineri spre piata muncii sau reintoarcerea la educatie este anevioasa, daca nu imposibila. Atunci cand renunta la fatalism, visul de a pleca in Europa le incalzeste un licar de speranta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pentru acesti tineri, sistemul de educatie actual nu are prea multe oferte. E imbucurator faptul ca tot mai mult tineri in Romania se indreapta spre invatamantul superior. Numar impresionant, as zice! 1087 de site-uri educationale inscrise! Am vizitat site-ul si gasesc ca este una dintre cele mai accesibile si structurate resurse despre idea comunitatilor de practici la care am avut acces pana acum. Membrii acestui grup impartasesc un scop comun, o modalitate de lucru si de comunicare si se pun de acord asupra rezultatelor pe care doresc sa le obtina. Membrii unei comunitati de practici pot apartine aceleasi organizatii, dupa cum pot proveni si din organizatii diferite.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Domeniul:&lt;/span&gt; O comunitate de practici se ocupa de un domeniu specific de care sunt interesati toti membri sai, chiar daca acestia au o pregatire profesionala diferita sau perspective diferite asupra aceluiasi domeniu de interes. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Practici&lt;/span&gt;: Cel mai important aspect intr-o comunitate de practici sunt experientele concrete si intrebarile. Membrii unei comunitati de practici isi impartasesc propriile experiente intr-un domeniu si incearca sa identifice impreuna raspunsuri la intrebari sau modalitati utile in rezolvarea propriilor probleme. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Motivatia: &lt;/span&gt;Membrii unei comunitati de practici pun pasiune in participarera lor la aceasta comunitate deoarece sunt constienti ca pot invata din aceasta experienta. Aceasta inseamna ca membrii unei comunitati de practici sunt implicati personal si motivati. Ei nu sunt doar simpli reprezentati ai unei institutii sau alteia. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Mandat:&lt;/span&gt; Prin mandatul oferit membrilor comunitatii, organizatiile implicate sunt interesate si dedicate comunitatilor de practici. Acestea definesc domeniul de interes al comunitatii si rezultatele asteptate.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Structura:&lt;/span&gt; Orice comunitate de practici poate avea o un echilibru intre o structura formala si una informala. O comunitate de practici depaseste limitele unei singure organizatii si are rolul de a intr-realationa mai multe organizatii. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Exista astfel de comunitati de practici in educatie? Probabil exista, dar nu mi-a fost dat sa gasesc prea des astfel de comunitati in munca mea de cercetare. Cadrele didactice, directorii de scoala, parintii si elevii, profesorii si studentii, alti actori la nivel local nu au foarte multe ocazii de a comunica, de a-si identifica impreuna problemele, de a-si impartasi experientele si de a cauta impreuna solutii. Lumea scolii este inca separata in caste iar scolile sau universitatile comunica destul de putin intre ele. Asa se face, de pilda, ca multe scoli care au fost implicate in diferite proiecte au dobandit experiente valoroase care raman inca necunoscute unor scoli vecine, chiar daca acestea sa alfa la doar cativa metri distanta. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ma intreb in ce masura stimularea si sprijinirea unor comunitati de practici in educatie ar putea sa imbunatateasca strategiile de schimbare in educatie? Ce impact ar putea avea astfel de comunitati de practici in implementarea de jos in sus a politicilor in domeniul educatiei? Ca institutie sociala, scoala reprezinta un important laborator al proceselor de constructie de gen la elevi. Din aceasta perspectiva, modul în care sunt organizate experientele de învatare, atât prin continutul lor explicit sau implicit, cât si prin modelele de activitate cognitiva si de interactiune sociala pe care le presupun, pot exercita influente semnificative asupra constientizarii si interiorizarii de gen, asupra asumarii sau exercitarii rolurilor de gen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Este de presupus ca exista însa o serie de strategii didactice care au un potential mai ridicat de favorizare a constructiilor de gen, în timp ce altele sunt neutre la dimensiunea de gen sau pur si simplu ignora aceasta perspectiva. Alegerea unui anumit tip de strategii didactice reprezinta asadar o optiune care poate influenta modul în care se realizeaza procesele de constructie de gen la elevi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Interiorizarea de gen este deopotriva un proces psihologic (filtrat prin prisma caracteristicilor individuale ale elevilor, a profilului psiho-intelectual, a intereselor si aptitudinilor fiecarui elev), dar si social (construit pemanent în interactiunile sociale în care elevul este actor). Ca urmare, din perspectiva psihologica, este de presupus ca acele strategii didactice de predare-învatare-evaluare care pun accentul pe cunoasterea, respectarea si valorificarea caracteristicilor individuale ale elevilor - fete sau baieti -&lt;br /&gt;favorizeaza în mai mare masura procesul de constientizare si interiorizare a genului. De asemenea, corespunzator perspectivei sociologice, este de presupus ca activitatile de învatare care antreneaza elevii într-un univers de interactiuni sociale cât mai diverse, în contexte cât mai apropiate de cele reale favorizeaza în mai mare masura procesele de constructie de gen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Conform principiului egalitatii de sanse în educatie, este necesar ca strategiile didactice utilizate în clasa sa promoveze valori, practici sau tratamente care sa nu introduca discriminari de gen (asupra fetelor, pentru ca sunt fete, sau asupra baietilor pentru ca sunt baieti). În acest sens, strategiile didactice de predare-învatare-evaluare care utilizeaza în aceeasi masura modele, practici si experiente de viata atât masculine, cât si feminine, au un potential mai ridicat de respectare a principiului egalitatii de sanse în educatie din perspectiva gen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Acum 3 ani, participam la o cercetare cu o tema inedita - &lt;a href="http://arhiva.ise.ro/evaluare/STUDIU.Gender.pdf"&gt;perspective de gen in educatie&lt;/a&gt;. Imi amintesc si acum surprinderea cadrelor didactice cu care am stat vorba in cadrul cercetarii cu privire la o astfel de tema. &lt;span style="font-style:italic;"&gt;Eu predau matematica,&lt;/span&gt; spunea o profesoara! &lt;span style="font-style:italic;"&gt;Pentru mine nu conteaza daca elevii mei sunt fete sau baieti! Matematica este aceeasi pentru toti! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Si totusi, matematica se poate invata in multe feluri. Exemplele pe care le utilizam, continutul non-matematic al unor probleme, imaginile utilizate in manuale, tipul de solicitari nu sunt intotdeauna lipsite de mesaje de gen. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Teme de reflectie asupra dimensiunii de gen in predarea diverselor arii curriculare, dar si sugestii privind strategiile didactice in raport cu procesele de constructie a genului in educatie ne propun 8 publicatii realizate anul trecut de Institutului de Stiinte ale Educatiei. Lucrarile au fost publicate cu sprijinul &lt;a href="http://www.unicef.org/romania/ro/"&gt;Reprezentantei UNICEF in Romania&lt;/a&gt; si se distribuie gratuit cadrelor didactice care doresc sa se familiarizeze cu perspectiva pedagogica in abordarea dimensiunii de gen in educatie. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Publicatiile trateaza pe rand ariile curriculare matematica si stiintele naturii, tehnologii, arte, educatie fizica si sport, limba si comunicare, om si societate, consiliere si orientare. Printre multe alte subiecte pe care le-am propus pentru continutul unui asemenea curs, Jeny Hugs a incercat sa faca o demonstratie despre caracteristicile unui feedback relevant si rolul acestuia in invatare.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Desi aveam impresia cu totii ca stim ce inseamna feedback, la o prima incercare exercitiul nostru s-a transformat intr-o simpla discutie de grup care nu facea altceva decat o trecere in revista a cea ce se intamplase in intalnirea noastra cu o zi inainte. Nici pe departe nu am reusit sa oferim celei care ne solicitase feedback-ul un mesaj care sa insemne ceva pentru comportamentul sau viitor.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Am invatat atunci ca a oferi un feed-back relevant este nevoie sa respectam cateva reguli, cum ar fi:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Mesajul este simplu si clar;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Mesajul este orientat catre persoana care a solicitat feedback. Doar un feedback personalizat poate avea un impact relevant si poate determina o schimbare in procesul invatarii;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Mesajul se refera la un aspect care poate fi schimbat in viitor;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Intervenţia se refera în mod specific la o problemă ce trebuie clar enunţată. Un feedback care face referiri generale asupra unei probleme s-ar putea sa nu fie foarte util in identificarea eventualelor solutii;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Interventia poate oferi si eventuale solutii celui care solicita feedback.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;embed style="width:400px; height:326px;" id="VideoPlayback" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" src="http://video.google.com/googleplayer.swf?docId=-3043027997243055368&amp;hl=en-GB" flashvars=""&gt; &lt;/embed&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In concluzie, daca doresti sa oferi un feedback util si relevant unei persoane, priveşte în ochi, direct şi sincer pe cel căruia îi adresezi mesajul! Fii pozitiv, autentic şi încrezător că lucrurile se pot schimba.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ma intreb daca elevii si studentii nostri, dar si profesorii utilizeaza feedback-ul ca un exercitiu pentru revizuirea proceselor de invatare. Eu, de pilda, am invatat despre feedback ca fiind o componenta importanta in functionarea unui sistem, in speta cel educational. Dar nu imi amintesc sa fi invatat la scoala sau in universitate cum poate fi utilizat feedbackul in pocesul invatarii sau care sunt regulile unui feedback util. In cel mai fericit caz, acesta era plasat undeva la sfarsitul unui curs, atunci cand se facea evaluare finala.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cu unele adaptari, regulile de oferire a feedbackului ar putea fi utile si in mediul on-line. Prin profesie si interese, mi-a fost dat sa ma aflu in ultimii 10 ani pe valurile diverselor schimbari pe care le-a pretins sistemul de educatie in Romania si nu numai. Cele mai puternice momente in care am invatat cu adevarat au fost insa intalnirile cu elevii, studentii, profesorii, directorii, inspectorii scolari, parintii.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dincolo de realitatile la firul ierbii pe care ni le ofera actorii scolii (si care ne invata - a cata oara - cat de lung si complicat este drumul de la politici la implementare), mi-am notat de-a lungul timpului o lista de mituri frecvent uzitate. Un calator prin definitie, n-ai sa ghicesti niciodata in ce colt al lumii se afla sau la ce conferinta isi incanta auditoriul!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Daca ii vizitezi blogul, insa, vei avea surpriza sa descoperi ca exista un loc in care Graham locuieste de parca n-ar fi nicaieri in alta parte, cu gandurile, emotiile, cautarile si mirarile lui. Si am observat ca cele mai profunde reflectii asupra activitatilor din seminarul trecut...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;... se concentreaza in jurul unor momente tensionate;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;... evoca intrebarile controversate si divergentele de opinii;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;... rememoreaza stari emotionale (pozitive sau negative) asociate activitatilor de invatare;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;... analizeaza reactiile facilitatorului si ale colegilor;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;... marturisesc schimbari de perspectiva si re-evaluari personale ale propriilor reprezentari despre subiect, despre colegi sau despre facilitator.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cel putin interesant, as spune! Unul dintre acestea era &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;principiul orizontalitatii in invatare&lt;/span&gt;, conform caruia &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span  lang="EN-US" style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;asistam astazi la o schimbare a paradigmei privind conctructia cunoasterii. Verticalitatea ce statea la baza schimbului informational, cunoasterea care avea loc de la parinti la copii, de la profesori la elevi, de la experti la novici este inlocuita de &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;orizontalitate&lt;/span&gt;. Aceasta noua paradigma (&lt;i&gt;principiul orizontalitatii&lt;/i&gt;) sustine ca fluxul de cunoastere se desfasoare si intre membrii grupurilor de egali (din punctul de vedere al varstei, statusului, etc) : intre expertii din diferite domenii, intre colegii din diferite tari, intre elevi si studenti. Am gasit aici o referinta cu privire la cateva intrebari care mi s-au parut interesante cu privire la calitatile unui bun facilitator al invatarii in medii on-line:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cum poate recunoaste un facilitator nevoia de a interveni in discutie?&lt;span style="font-family:Symbol;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:0;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:0;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cum ar putea facilitatorul sa incurajeze invatarea independenta?&lt;span style="font-family:Symbol;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:0;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:0;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cum poate un facilitator sa identifice echilibrul intre independenta studentului si nevoia de confort psihologic intr-un mediu on-line?&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Conform Clegg, P., and J. Heap. 2006, exista trei niveluri de competenta cognitiva a celor care invata. Fiecare nivel presupune tipuri diferite de interventii ale facilitatorului:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold"&gt;Nivelul 1. Prezentarea propriei opinii sau experiente, relatia cu experienta/opiniile ceilorlalti, utilizare experientei/opiniilor altora pentru a argumenta propriile opinii. &lt;/span&gt;La acest nivel, facilitatorul trebuie sa sprijine, sa incurajeze, sa stimuleze discutiile si descrierile, sa arate empatie dar sa nu judece sau sa intervina prea mult. (“acting with prudent inaction”)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold"&gt;Nivelul 2. Raportarea unor concepte noi la practica.&lt;/span&gt; La acest nivel, facilitatorul trebuie sa demonstreze ca este disponibil sa sprijine, sa ofere studentilor resurse suplimentare, sa ridice probleme, sa propuna subiecte de dezbatere care sa lege teoria de practica;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold"&gt;Nivelul 3. Raportarea unor concepte noi la alte resurse &lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;academice. La acest nivel, studentii au mai multa independenta in ceea ce invata&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:0;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Facilitatorul trebuie doar sa incurajeze initativele studentului, sa sesizeze eventualele erori de interpretare, sa puna intrebari relevante&lt;/span&gt; in raport cu unele concepte mai dificile, sa se asigure ca referirile la surse sunt corecte si sa incurajeze independenta. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Referinte suplimentare:&lt;br /&gt;Clegg, P., and J. Fiecare intalnire de acest fel ma face sa reconsider tot ceea ce stiam despre educatie si invatare ca urmare a pregatirii mele universitare si profesionale. In putine medii de comunicare pe teme de educatie mi-a fost dat sa asist la o asemenea dorinta deschisa si entuziasta de a descoperi ce este invatarea!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ultima intalnire cu studentii a fost chiar si mai interesanta. De obicei, numarul celor care vin la acest seminar nu depaseste 15-18. De data aceasta eram cu totii 25! Incercand sa descifram cum s-a transformat rolul profesorului de-a lungul timpului, studentii au identificat o serie de calitati pe care dascalii ar trebui sa le posede.
